In this worldbuilding scenario, there is a complete evacuation from Earth in the 22nd Century in a way that is rather anti-multicultural after a multiculturalism breakdown. People of African descent could be greatly harmed under these circumstances. There might be a need in this situation to evacuate them before the multiculturalism breakdown occurs. There might be a need for the friendliest two powers to help them with their efforts at space colonization with maybe their own planets and to strategically compensate for an extreme surge in anti-multiculturalism attitudes as in different general groupings if mixed together could become like oil and water to each other. There might be a need to groom people of African descent to be able to handle issues such as space colonization as quickly as possible such as in the area of maintenance of equipment.
In this worldbuilding scenario, there is also a problem that one of the two second houses that helps them and works with them gets them hit by the gene edit environment, which starts with that second house. It could be rather scary. To save their lives from the dangers involved with gene edits such as hostile powers, they may need to form a third house with other friendly groupings including people from the second house that caused the problem (who have agreed never to do gene edits again) following a multicultural model, which is the next level of expansion after a second house (a second house is the first level of expansion from Earth and tends to be homogeneous). This would mean that there needs to be work on extra planets for them as quickly as possible even before the evacuation from Earth.
In this world-building scenario, Vanellopes would be an automatic option to solve issues with DNA and childbirth.
